Our Apps may request access to your device's storage or media gallery to allow you to select, compress, and transfer files (such as photos, videos, or documents) to your paired computer. We do not upload your personal files to any Soumili.com cloud servers; the transfer happens directly between your devices.
Because our Apps (such as Soumili Sync) are designed to facilitate direct device-to-device communication, we do not collect, store, or process your personal files, photos, or keystrokes on Soumili.com servers. The data you transmit using our Apps remains entirely under your control and resides on your local devices and your personal network. We implement standard security protocols to ensure that the pairing process between your devices is secure.
Our Apps are built to respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Our Apps do not currently include third-party advertising frameworks that track your behavior across other apps and websites.
Our Apps do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
